When you come to Jacques for your wedding cake, our award winning, educated staff can help you choose from our exclusive gallery of past cake creations or can also help you create a cake design with an unusual flair or a simplicity uniquely suited to your style and to your budget. We have been designing cakes for 32 years, and we strive to constantly innovate and to  keep current with wedding styles.

After you’ve chosen a style, you can customize the flavors for your cake. Any cake flavor and filling combination can be designed into a made-to-order wedding cake.  All of our cakes can be iced in either a silky smooth creamy European buttercream or with a Swiss rolled fondant icing.  Each tier of cake consists of four layers of cake; you may choose to use fillings between the layers of cake as desired. 

We design wedding cakes using many diverse decorating methods and materials.  These include fresh flowers, buttercream icing florals, and sugar gumpaste floral creations.  Blown sugar pieces such as swans or wedding doves can also be added.  Many different themed cakes, from the whimsical to the understated, are also feasible.
